    Is VAT included in these prices?+
    No — all prices are shown plus VAT.
    What's the difference between the two PAYG plans?+
    PAYG (No commitment) is £14 per reference with no contract — pay as you go, referencing and offers only. PAYG Arrears is billed monthly in arrears on a 12-month agreement, which unlocks volume pricing from £14 down to £10 per reference as your monthly volume grows.
    Which plans include tenancy management?+
    Only the annual Full Lifecycle plan. Both PAYG plans cover referencing and offers; for agreements, deposit registration, notices, HMOs and the full tenancy lifecycle you'll want Full Lifecycle.
    How does the annual subscription work?+
    Full Lifecycle is £29.50 per tenancy per year, based on your last 12 months of tenancies, and paid monthly. Landlord and tenant AML are included free.
    What about guarantors and AML?+
    Guarantor references are always £7 on both PAYG plans. AML checks are £1 each on PAYG, and included free on the annual plan.
    Do I need a card to start with PAYG?+
    No card needed to start PAYG (No commitment). You only pay for the references you run.
